Depends on the template. Simpler, content-driven templates can usually be set up so you edit text and images yourself. Templates with real booking, payment or search logic behind them typically need a developer for changes. Support for those is available at an hourly rate or as a monthly support package, whichever suits how often you expect to need changes.
Hosting is a monthly fee, and it's free for your first 3 months with the purchase of a website. After that it renews monthly, with exact pricing depending on the site, confirmed when I scope your project.
Simple templates are typically the quickest to turn around; Standard and Advanced builds take longer given the extra interactive or transactional work involved. Exact timelines are confirmed once a project is scoped.
